3041oceaninc: 40 units condo. Floors 3-7 units have the same SF. However floor 4-7 have balconies with size 130 SF, floor 3 has terrace size 1,400SF. Common charges are based on SF of the unit and there is absolutely nothing extra for units with terrace. Correct? May 10, 2017 13:12:41 GMT
